Voices Studio
Pictured above, the Voices Studio is one example of how an art ecosystem is taking shape along the Central Avenue corridor in downtown Dubuque. Voices Productions has acquired a new home at 1585 Central Ave. With Dubuque Main Street's help, Main Street Iowa awarded this project a $100,000 Challenge Grant to help stimulate revitalization and community building through creative placemaking. Dubuque Main Street Grants
Dubuque Main Street (DMS) is proud to offer the following grants in 2023:

Facade Grant: Match up to $2,500
For signage, paint, or overall historic preservation of the front of your building.

Retail Build-Out Grant:
Match up to $25,000 for the build out of your retail space.
​
SWAP Grant with Dubuque County: Match up to $10,000 for the historic renovation of your building, including upper floor housing.
